Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your preferred destination, travel dates and group size, your message and, if you enter one, a promoter code. We use this data to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you proceed, to deliver the service you request.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box next to the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We record the time you gave consent together with your inquiry.

Email and phone

If you contact us directly by email, phone or messaging apps, we process the details you provide to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical data

Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access in server logs, to keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short period and are not combined with your inquiry.

Promoter programme

If you use a promoter code, the promoter who owns that code can see that an inquiry was made with the code, the first name on the inquiry and the status of the inquiry, so that their referral can be credited. They do not see your contact details or your message.

3. Who receives your data

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Cloudflare, Inc., hosting, database and content delivery. Data is stored in the European Union. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and relies on EU standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EU.
• Resend, Inc., transactional email. Used to send you a confirmation of your inquiry and to notify us. Resend relies on EU standard contractual clauses for transfers to the United States.

We may share data with partners needed to deliver a service you have booked, such as property owners, yacht brokers or event suppliers, and only to the extent needed for that service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep the records required by accounting and tax law for the statutory period, currently 10 years. You can ask us to delete your inquiry earlier at any time.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise any right, email katarina.radic@kkapital.com. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Inquiry data is stored in an EU database with access limited to authorised staff through password-protected accounts. Promoters see only the limited information described above.

7. Children

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
